Phase 4 Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery is dedicated to helping our patients look and feel their best by helping them make informative decisions through education. Dr. Peebles is a graduate of the University of Medicine and Dentistry - Rutgers Medical School. He completed a full residency in general surgery at York Hospital, York, PA, including a full year as Chief Resident. He then completed his residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Temple University, Philadelphia, PA and subsequently, fellowship training in aesthetic and breast surgery at Georgetown University, Washington, D.C. Roosevelt Peebles, Jr., M.D., F.A.C.S. is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery. He is also a member of various associations and organizations including The American Society of Plastic Surgeons, The American College of Surgeons, The National Medical Association, The Nashville Academy of Medicine, and The Tennessee Medical Association. |
